Return and Refund Policy

BellaBloom accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact BellaBloom with your order number before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact BellaBloom before returning it so we can review the issue.
